The Flamberge in Dark Souls is a high-fantasy styled version of the blade, which looks a lot cooler IMO.Claymores can be found in 1-2 at the end of the underground passageway and costs 6k souls,kind of pricey if you're early on in the game,but I'm unsure of the drop rates for Blue Eye Knights,I've never found one personally. (Though I've not farmed for them either) you could look for a merchant in 1-3. the claymore should only be about 5-9k souls.A Quality Claymore will have 386 attack rating at your stats, vs the Claymore+10’s 365. I play the ps5 remake. I am a strength build. And I wanted to know how I can upgrade my weapons to « crushing » type with Ed in 2-1. I have 7 shards of greystone but when I click with Ed to upgrade my weapons i can only upgrade it to a normal +1 :/Bless ya dude. It's in retrospect that the Claymore is actually a late game item but in a way for a claymore lover it's also a really nice reward. In regards to which World would be the easiest for unlocking 1-3... I'd probably go with the World 4.A maxed out Dragon Claymore will absolutely wreck the game apart from the very odd fire resistant enemy. It’s also possible you’ll never actually get your dmg stats high enough in NG to make a better scaling weapon. I rarely do anyway 🤷🏻‍♂️. But yeah it’s won’t be a top tier PvP weapon or all that great in NG+ relatively ....
