Old Post, but here is an update - Carrier has release a new firmware 4.23, and they have updated the Home app (at least in Android) and this seems to have resolved the connectivity issue. I've the latest Carrier Infinity WiFi thermostat SYSTXCCITC01-B installed in March of this year. I'm having trouble with connection to the Myinfinity server.
